Researcher at the Center for Infectious Animal Diseases at FTZ, CZU, specializing in ticks and tick-borne viruses, with a primary focus on CCHFV. Her research explores the coevolutionary dynamics between CCHFV and its vectors, alongside the ecology, evolution, emergence, and epidemiology of zoonotic infectious agents. Through ecological modeling, she investigates the drivers of disease and vector spread and assesses potential shifts in disease risk under climate change scenarios.
